Amended and Restated Declarations
This document only reflects updates to make it current with Illinois law and to merge the three declarations together (no substantive changes made) and was recorded against each of the properties within Lake Killarney, and this is the current set of covenants which govern Killarney
Some of the provisions will need to be updated to conform to current practices, and we will be working on them as a board and as specific homeowner concerns are brought to the board's attention.
