Party/Large Group Request Form

HOW TO RESERVE THE BEACH OR PARK

For all dues paying members, the maximum number of people allowed in one group at
either the East or West beaches or Lake Killarney Park is resident family members plus an additional 6 guests.

If you would like to host a larger group at either beach or the park, you must reserve the location in advance. Only one large group is allowed at the beach/park at one time and is only permitted for dues paying members. Use the form provided to REQUEST a reservation at the desired location. You will be notified if the location is available and your request is approved.

In the case that there are multiple large groups at any given time and you have not requested an advance permit, your large group may be asked to leave the location.

Please remember: once the location is reserved for a party, it remains open to all dues
paying members (it is not private). Please be courteous to your neighbors who are also
seeking to enjoy the beach/lake/park and clean up/dispose of trash in large trash
receptacles. Do not put your party trash in the small receptacles on East Beach, take to
the large trash bins by the street.

Large Group/Party Permit Regulations

Party Permit is only for day and time requested.

LKHOA dues must be paid in full.

Permit is non-exclusive, not for private use of common LKHOA property: LKHOA residents may

also use the facilities.
